Critical heritage MA students visit Morocco

From 4 to 8 April, eleven MA students of the IIAS sponsored Asian Studies track Critical Heritage Studies of Asia and Europe will be guests of the Netherlands Institute Morocco (NIMAR) in Rabat, Morocco. The students will present their work to Moroccan heritage students and, together with them, visit various heritage sites in Casablanca, Fes and Rabat.

The visit to Morocco is organised within the context of the IIAS supported Double Degree Programme in Critical Heritage Studies of Asia and Europe. This international programme is a collaborative enterprise of the Graduate School of International Studies at Yonsei University, South Korea;  the International Institute for Asian Studies (IIAS); the Leiden University Institute for Area Studies (LIAS); and both the Department of Anthropology and the Graduate Institute of Building and Planning of National Taiwan University in Taiwan.
