The participant registration is not compulsory. The access to all the conference sessions is open to public with or without registration within the limit of available seats. However, those who are registered have the advantage of having the right to :
1) A personalised badge
2) A copy of conference booklet
3) A certificate of participation
4) A priority to enter into the conference rooms in case of crowd
5) A choice of drink during all the coffee sessions of the conference in Le Havre : a cup of coffee, a cup of tea, a small bottle of water or a can of soft drink.

The registration consists of two steps :

The registration payment can be done online or by cash on site of the conference in Le Havre only (not in Paris). The payment online a few days prior to the conference is preferable. It allows the conference organising committee to prepare in advance the first three items mentioned above. It also avoids participants from filling in the registration form in the crowd and going to the university administrative office to pay the registration fee. The amount of the registration fee is 20 (twenty) euros per person and its payment can be done through a bank transfer following REGISTRATION PAYMENT.
